Dea Dia has its roots in municipal and project development. Today, Dea Dia develops strategies, partnerships and financing structures. This gives rise to municipal infrastructure projects as well as research collaborations, resilience projects and international industrial partnerships. Specialist areas such as Defence and Dual Use are handled through HUB67, energy and international industry through AEOLOS, research through Seed & Food, and municipal housing through Shogun.

Rolf Neuendorf focuses on strategic project development, international cooperation, institutional relations and building new partnerships. Together with the specialised companies and project platforms within the network, he brings contacts, technologies, research and capital together in concrete projects.
Under his leadership, Dea Dia operates within the SevenSisters network as a Strategic Business Unit for partnerships, project development and institutional cooperation. We combine municipal experience with financing, research, industry and international relations. Operational, regulated and approval-dependent activities are carried out by the companies and project partners responsible for the respective areas.
